Oregon law strictly requires you to notify the Driver and Motor Vehicle Services (DMV) of your new address within 30 days of moving.
Updating your address with the DMV updates your driver’s license record, vehicle registration record, and your voter registration (unless you opt out). The DMV no longer issues address stickers, so your record is updated digitally. Getting a new physical card is completely optional.
